SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via trusted courier partners and strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday). Delivery timelines vary between 2–5 business days depending on location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners. Shipping status can be tracked via our order tracking page.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled before they are marked as shipped. To request cancellation, email robocubeindia@gmail.com. If canceled after processing, a 5% fee may apply depending on the payment method.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We follow a strict no-return policy unless a wrong product was delivered. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The customer reports the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing video is shared, starting from the sealed package to the revealed product.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or 100% refund if the product is unavailable. Returns without video proof will not be accepted.
No returns are accepted for:

Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery
All shipping costs for approved returns will be borne by Robo Cube.
WARRANTY
Products are covered by a standard warranty unless specified. Misuse, soldering, or tampering voids the warranty.
