Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on https://robocube.in operated by RoboCube, a brand of Circuit Bloom Technologies Private Limited, a registered Private Limited Company in India and DPIIT-recognised Startup under the Government of India.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Policy Statement

Due to the technical, engineering-grade, and specialized nature of our products (including but not limited to Thrust Test Benches, Drone Kits, Electronic Components, and Custom Engineering Solutions), all sales are subject to strict quality control and limited return eligibility.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund, return, or cancellation request at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to:

  • A cancellation processing fee (up to 5% of order value), and
  • Deduction of payment gateway charges (non-refundable)

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched:

  • Cancellation is NOT permitted
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return-to-origin (RTO) shipments due to customer refusal will incur logistics charges

Custom Orders

For:

  • Custom-built Thrust Test Benches
  • Modified Drone Kits
  • Bulk manufacturing orders
  • Special configuration products

No cancellation or refund will be accepted once production has started.

Advance payments for custom orders are strictly non-refundable.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted ONLY under the following conditions:

  • Product received is physically damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect verified by our technical team

Return Conditions

To qualify for return:

  • Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear unboxing video is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be intact

Failure to provide required evidence may result in rejection of return request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Used or installed products
  • Electrical components once powered on
  • Custom-built or configured products
  • Agriculture Drone Kits after assembly
  • Products damaged due to mishandling
  • Software, firmware, or digital documentation

Engineering-grade testing equipment is calibrated and verified before dispatch; hence returns based on performance expectations without verified defect will not be accepted.

Refund Process

If a return is approved:

  • Product will undergo technical inspection
  • Refund will be issued only after verification
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund may be partial depending on condition

Refund timeline: 7–14 business days after approval.

Refund will be processed via original payment method only.

Warranty Claims

Refunds are NOT applicable for warranty claims.

Under warranty:

  • Repair or replacement will be provided
  • Refund is not guaranteed
  • Company decision will be final

Force Majeure

RoboCube shall not be held responsible for delays, non-performance, or refund claims arising due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier delays
  • Events beyond reasonable control

Limitation of Liability

RoboCube's maximum liability shall not exceed the product invoice value.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of data
  • Operational downtime
  • Third-party damages

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
