Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Custom-built products, engineering systems (including Thrust Test Benches), and bulk orders may require additional processing time.

During peak seasons, public holidays, or promotional periods, processing time may extend up to 5–7 business days.

Orders are processed only on working business days (Monday–Saturday).

The Company reserves the right to delay dispatch due to stock verification, technical validation, or payment confirmation requirements.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

We provide Pan-India shipping through reputed logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Company shall not be held liable for courier delays, transportation disruptions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Product weight & dimensions
  • Delivery pin code
  • Shipping method selected

Exact shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

For bulk orders, discounted shipping may be offered at Company's discretion.

Delivery Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

The Company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to:

  • Wrong phone number
  • Unavailable recipient

Re-shipping charges will apply for address-related delivery failures.

Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails after attempts, the shipment may be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • Refund (if approved) will be processed after deducting shipping and return logistics charges.

Risk Transfer & Ownership

Risk of damage or loss transfers to You upon dispatch from our warehouse.

The Company is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Theft after confirmed delivery
  • Delivery to reception/security desk as per customer instruction

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping for select products.

International customers are fully responsible for:

Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If the package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Industrial Drone Propeller Thrust Test Benches
  • Agriculture Drone Kits
  • Custom UAV Systems

Delivery may involve:

  • Special packaging
  • Freight transport
  • Insurance coverage

Customer may be required to assist in unloading arrangements.

Shipping Restrictions
